Zoetry is not just your average all - inclusive resort! Zoetry is an “experience”— it is like coming home but also being treated like you are the most important person in the room— every staff member acknowledges you with a warm welcome and learns your name! From check in to check out— amazing! Attention to detail and meeting/ anticipating your needs. Several staff stood out (though all were above and beyond)— the Sommelier Ronaldo took such good care of us with personal touches and recommendations - his passion for the story behind every bottle of wine adds a depth of experience beyond any other! Zarel P. from room service went above and beyond — he went out of his way to take care of us! But Daniel treated us like family! He really made our trip special!

We had brought our dog with us on this trip. Us together spent a great Christmas time together at Zoetry. The staffs were very friendly, place was huge and clean. Place was actually not crowded so we enjoyed a lot tho we paid a lot during the stay but it was holiday season so it made sense? They had brought a dog bed, dog beach towel and bottle of water on the check in day, it was really sweet. Mexico is really a dog friendly country, lovely!

Wonderful location, view and beach was amazing (we expected a non-swimming beach) walking along the beach was fantastic and the service level in every location was above expectations. Meals were very good except for one meal at the start of our trip. Many times the management jumped in to help and make sure service was quick and checked on us to make sure we were happy.

We were very happy with the food. It was very fresh and flavorful. The views were outstanding. The beach was gorgeous but sad that we could not go in the water as it was not safe. Everything else was fantastic. The men that service the pool area and bring food and drinks were awesome! All around, a wonderful trip for my hubby and I!!!! thank you

The property is an excellent and classic hacienda construction and the central courtyard was just beautiful. We stayed in the main building which doesn't have a lift but as you are only climbing 1 floor, it doesn't matter. The view from the room was excellent and the size of the room was great too.. the bathroom and storage space didn't disappoint. The service was excellent, slow at times when food is concerned but they did ensure that everything that needed to be taken care of, they took care of it.. the beach is kept in excellent condition and the view from the pool looking at the sea is beautiful and as time to time, (from Dec to Apr), one can see whales swimming in the see is a added bonus. The staff were just excellent and a asset to this hotel.

EVERYTHING! From the moment we walked in and greeted with champagne to all of the amazing people working so very hard for all their guests. Zoetry exceeded any and all expectations I’ve ever had in an all-inclusive resort! Top-notch service to all of the little details of fresh flowers in the room, a beautiful flowered bubble bath and fresh flowers in a “heart-shaped” design. The food and top shelf drinks were next level! And I’ll never forget about our romantic candlelight dinner on the beach with jazz music playing in the background. Muy encantadora!!! The room was good and the structure was properly sized, it never felt too crowded. The pool area had enough transats for everyone and there wasn't any massive squatting. The restaurants were good and the food options were varied.

I had several food restrictions / allergies while there. The whole resort was aware of them and they made special food for me that I could eat. Literally bent over backwards for me. I was in awe! The staff there is wonderful . Samuel the restaurant manager and all of the wait and pool staff! 😃
